about Lama Lobsang Palden
Lama Lobsang was discovered as a tulku as a young boy, when Jungan Rinpoche recognized him as the reincarnation of the Nyingma guru yoga master Rinzen Karma Dorje. He studied all aspects of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and practice at Amdo Tashi Kyil and Kaja To Monasteries in Eastern Tibet. Lama is a gifted energy healer who has received His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s blessing to practice healing work. He learned Tibetan Yantra Yoga and Tibetan Healing Massage from Rinzen Geshe Nyima, a Tibetan doctor who was a healing lama, and he learned much from his grandfather, who was himself a healing lama and yogi.
Lama’s teachers in Tibet also included Geshe Dawa, Khedrub Gyamtso, Tse Lobsang Palden, and Khandrolma, a respected Khandro who is also his aunt. He left Chinese-occupied Tibet at age 18, escaping across the Himalayas on foot. He lived at Tashi Kyil Monastery in Dehra Dun, India, for 10 years. He has received many teachings from H.H. the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan masters, including the 10th Panchen Lama, H.H. the Sakya Trizin, and Mindrolling Trichen Rinpoche. He is both a Rime and a Ngakpa lama who teaches all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism. He is known and beloved for his deep, abiding respect for the Three Jewels. He has and continues to travel the world sharing and teaching the precious Buddhist Dharma.

TIBETAN HEALING ENERGY SESSIONS
Lama Lobsang’s Tibetan one-on-one healing sessions incorporate vibrational healing and energy medicine—modalities such as sound healing with Tibetan instruments and Buddhist chanting and prayers, gemstone layouts, and pranic healing.
He is an intuitive healer who was called to this work from an early age, and he learned much from his grandfather, who was himself a healing lama and yogi in Tibet. He apprenticed with Rinzen Geshe Nyima, a Tibetan doctor who was a healer and a Geshe in Tibet. Upon meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama after Lama Lobsang left Tibet, he told His Holiness his personal story, and he received the Dalai Lama’s blessing and encouragement to perform his healing work. Three decades later, his work is very deep, powerful, and unique in the field of healing.

TIBETAN YANTRA YOGA AND TSA LUNG
Tibetan Yantra Yoga and Tsa Lung practices harness the energies of the subtle body channels to clear blockages, increase vitality, strengthen concentration, enhance innate wisdom, and deepen one’s meditation practice.
Yantra Yoga dates back to 8th century Tibet and Vairocana, who was a student of Guru Padmasambhava. Known as trul-khor, or body mandala, Yantra Yoga practices circulate and rejuvenate the energy of body, speech and mind. Ancient movements, postures, mudras, breathing practices of tsa lung and Buddhist chanting engage body and speech, while visualization and meditation practices train the mind. Tibetan meditation, prostrations, and mantras are taught for karma purification, elimination of negativity, and generating peace. Classes also include the breathing exercises of Tsa Lung, or Tibetan pranayama.
Lama Lobsang Palden learned Yantra Yoga in Tibet from Rinzen Geshe Nyima and other teachers while he was a young monk. As the reincarnation of the Nyingma guru yoga master Rinzen Karma Dorje and an accomplished Yantra Yoga master in his own right, Lama Lobsang has taught yoga and meditation all over the world.
Lama Lobsang’s classes are appropriate for students of all levels of experience, and new students are always welcome. It is recommended to refrain from eating a heavy meal from 2 hours prior to class. Please wear comfortable clothes which are suitable for exercise.

medicine buddha Puja
and dakini purification ceremony
According to Tibetan medical and spiritual ideas, the body is composed of four elements. When those elements are out of balance, 400 kinds of sickness can result, expressing themselves as physical or mental symptoms or both. The Medicine Buddha practice is very important for shifting dark energy in these challenging times. The Medicine Buddha sugatas and their mantra strengthen wisdom and the four elements and help to purify karma. Medicine Buddha can transform negative emotions into compassion mind. The Medicine Buddha Practice is also very beneficial when illness is stuck and medicine appears to be of no benefit. A Dakini Blessing practice transforms negative emotions into positive ones… beauty, joy, peace and love. The Dakini blessing purifies the Medicine Buddha Puja and allows a stronger connection with Medicine Buddha and the practice. One does not need to be Buddhist to attend. The Puja can be of benefit for deepening one’s practice or simply taken as a blessing. Lama Lobsang Palden is an incarnate lama born in eastern Tibet. He studied all aspects of Buddhist philosophy and practice at Tashi Kyil Monastery, in Amdo, Tibet. Lama trained in Yantra Yoga and Tibetan massage with Tibetan doctor Rinzen Geshe Nyima, and he inherited intuitive healing gifts from his grandfather, himself a healing lama. Lama Lobsang is a Ngakpa lama, having received his initiation at the Lhabrang Monastery. He is a healing practitioner who personally received His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s blessing and encouragement to do healing work. He left Tibet at age 18 and lived at Tashi Kyil Monastery in Dehra Dun, India, for 10 years. He has received many teachings from H.H. the Dalai Lama and other Tibetan masters, such as His Holiness Sakya Trizin. He has traveled the world sharing his knowledge and experience, and currently resides in Palos Park, IL.
